- Oversee the daily execution of sales support tasks, ensuring that all administrative activities ( such as document management, data entry, and processing) are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Supervise the administrative staff, ensuring all operational workflows are followed, including data management, requests, and correspondence.
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline administrative tasks, enhancing team efficiency and reducing errors.
- Manage the team’s workload, balancing administrative duties and sales support functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., Underwriting, Cashier, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Address and resolve complex customer issues or escalations.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales support processes and tools.
- Implement best practices and innovations to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, sales support metrics, and other key indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to optimize team performance.
- Collaborate with management to set actionable goals based on performance data and market trends.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role or leadership position.
- Proven experience managing administrative tasks, overseeing team performance, and optimizing operational processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
