Branch Operation Officer
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to evaluate insurance risks (Fire, Motor, IAR) through on-site inspections and technical reporting to ensure accurate risk selection, informed underwriting decisions, and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
-Conduct site visits and data collection to perform on-site risk surveys for Fire, Motor, and IAR products.
– Prepare accurate survey reports including observations, valuations, and recommendations to support underwriting decisions.
– Verify policy documentation and ensure all surveys align with company standards and insurance practices.
– Act as a technical representative, explaining survey processes and educating clients on loss prevention and safety measures.
– Identify cross-selling and direct sales opportunities during field visits to support branch performance and client retention.
– Collaborate with Sales, Claims, and Underwriting departments to maintain organized records and ensure smooth operations.
– Branch renewal all cases income responsibility and authority, collaboration with related sales team.
– All underwriting surveys cases (New & renew ) underwriting correct data information check and TAT report to BIC. (BIC take responsibility to all checker role owner: with new core system).
Job Requirements
– Any Bachelor’s degree or prefer diploma in business administration, management, development and Sales.
– Prior experience in strong operational, preferably in insurance or banking, is desirable.
– Familiarity with insurance products, policies, internal SOPs and local regulations.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
