Branch Sales Associate
Job Purpose
The branch’s operational and sales objectives by ensuring accurate and timely data management, maintaining policy records, customer strong relationship and assisting in administrative functions,while actively contributing to branch performance through customer engagement, lead generation, and sales activities.
Job Description
– Achieve assigned branch sales channel targets contribute to team sales goals.
– Engage in cold calling and lead generation to attract potential customers.
– Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
– Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
– Promote products and services effectively through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
– Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales.
– Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
– Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including client visits and coordination with insurance brokers outside the office.
– Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions aligned with company processes.
– Assist in product surveys and UW surveys by visiting sites, collecting data, and reporting findings.

– Finding the new business and strong relationship with customer for travel channel.
– Daily, Weekly, Monthly routine for cash collection. (For Travel Channel)
– Must be able to drive (if have driving license).
Job Requirements
-Any Bachelor’s Degree
– Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email, Office 365).
– Excellent communication interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
– Self- motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
– Prefer able to drive (driving license B)
