Branch Sales Officer
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to achieve targets and implement effective sales strategies. Assist sales agents, manage documentation, and ensure compliance. Deliver high-quality customer service to boost satisfaction and growth. Serve as a key link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Description
– Branch direct and travel channel sales target with lead generation and prospect follow-ups.
– Assist insurance sales agents, partners, partnership in the branch with activities that support the sales process for UW surveyors, including lead generation and prospect follow-ups.
– Responsibility to UW surveyors progress with maker role. (New Core system)
– Acquisition new agents, partners, partnership for business growth and strong relationship with base on branding promote.
– Ensure smooth daily sales operations by assisting the sales team.
– Manage customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
– Achieve branch and team sales targets.
– Maintain accurate sales records and customer documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
– Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential customers to generate new business and close sales.
– Promote products effectively through presentations and discussions.
– Strengthen existing customer relationships to ensure high retention.
– Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
– Assist in product and claim surveys by visiting sites and collecting data.
– Provide insurance awareness training to agents, partners, partnership.
– Must be able to drive.
Job Requirements
-Any Bachelor’s degree or prefer diploma in business administration and Sales.
– Prior experience in sales, preferably in insurance or banking, is desirable.
– Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and local regulations.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
