Claims Handler
Job Description
- After receiving the registration claim cases from Manager or receiving email from branches, establish the case.
- Request the necessary documents such as police recommendation, estimates and invoices from customers and concerned branches.
- Calculate Reinstatement Premium for each case and check details of claims processes.
- After completing the case, approve up to MMK 100,000 claim amount and submit to Manager above MMK 100,000.
- Put the required information and documents in TCS system.
- Scan the documents and submit to Finance by the approval of Manager, Expert Advisor of Motor Claims and HOD.
- Check bank draft and money transaction.
- Communicate with Underwriting department, all branches, and customers to perform claims processes efficiently.
- Report the weekly work accomplishment list to manager.
- Do monthly and annual report and work on the reports which are requested periodically by internal audit, external audit and etc. Improvement.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree and minimum one year of working experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and internal personal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
