Compensation & Benefits Supervisor
Job Purpose
HR Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. The role will primarily lead Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, including payroll administration, benefits management, HR compliance, employee data management, and HR process improvement while supporting overall HR operational effectiveness.
Job Description
– Oversee daily HR operational activities and ensure smooth HR services.
– Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation accurately and confidentially.
– Handling HR operational procedures, analyzing compensation data and providing recommendations to management.
– Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal controls.
– Manage employee benefits programs including staff insurance, retirement plans, mobile allowances, transportation allowances, and other employee welfare programs.
– Coordinate Compensation and benefits internal / external vendors regarding payments, claims, renewals,and service issues.
– Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit policies and procedures.
– Coordinate and support for developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines related to compensation and benefits.
– Support internal and external audits related to payroll, compensation, and benefits reports.
– Support HR operational activities related to employee lifecycle management.
– To provide Governments office requirements reports related to SSB, Income Tax, Labor office and IBRB.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
– Experience in payroll administration, HRIS management, and employee benefits administration.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
– Manage monthly payroll processes and ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
– Manage employee insurance programs, medical benefits, social security, and other employee welfare programs.
– Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analysis, and recommendations for management.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to employee compensation and benefits.
