HRIS
Job Purpose
HRIS Supervisor is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate HR data, efficient HR processes, and system compliance.
This role supports HR operations by providing data analysis, reporting, system enhancements, Payroll, OT, Leave and attendance and user support while ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain HRIS databases, employee records, and system configurations.
- Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot HRIS-related issues
- Supervise attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data within the system
- Resolve payroll and system discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance
- Provide HRIS user support to HR team and other departments
- Implement proper access controls and approval workflows
- Communicate to relevant stakeholders about system changes, updates, and issues
- Participate in HRIS-related projects and system implementations
- Participate in HR digital transformation initiatives and HR technology projects.
- Coordinate with IT and system vendors regarding system issues, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, user guides, and documentation.
- Support regulatory and management reporting requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (payroll, attendance, leave, employee records)
- Experience with HRIS systems (Global HR, Better HR, QHRM, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
