Operations Assistant (Reinsurance & Co-insurance Support)
Job Purpose
To support Reinsurance and Co-insurance operations by performing data entry, document handling, payment processing, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate records, smooth workflow, and timely operational support.
Job Description
▪Perform data entry into the system and support the preparation of RE/CO-insurance documents in a timely and accurate manner.
▪ Organize and maintain RE/CO-insurance records to ensure proper filing, storage and updates.
▪ Assist in payment processing activities, including system posting and payment arrangements when required.
▪ Support internal coordination by collecting information and following up with relevant departments.
▪ Perform general administrative and departmental support tasks as required.
▪ Provide regular updates to the Line Manager on assigned tasks and work progress.
▪ Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager / HOD to support smooth team operations and
develop understanding of insurance operations.
Job Requirements
▪ Undergraduate degree (degree holder in any field is preferred)
▪ Relevant experience in insurance operations or operational administrative support is preferred
▪ Basic English and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
▪ Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
▪ Able to work accurately and complete tasks within timelines with effective time management
▪ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
▪ Interest in learning about insurance and Re/Co-insurance operations
