Policy Support Associate
Job Purpose
To support efficient insurance policy administration by ensuring accurate and timely processing of policy-related tasks, while delivering excellent customer service through handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer experiences; to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain accurate records of policy transactions and customer interactions, and contribute to overall operational efficiency, compliance,and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Customer Interaction: (External & Internal)
· Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and in-person.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and support.
· Sending Debit Note to Sale Channel (for Motor or Fire) with email, viber and in-person (Soft Copy and HardCopy).
Collaboration:
· Work closely with the underwriting department, facility management department, and customer service teams to resolve policy-related issues.
· Assist in generating reports and compiling data for policy-related performance metrics
Record Keeping as the documents:
· Records the meeting room’s reserve list and customer service productivity records daily and monthly.
· Gather customer feedback (NPS) and report on common issues to help improve products and services.
· Rewards program membership cards issues and motoring the tracking sheet and form.
Corporate and Seasonal Gift :
.Packaging the gift and records the list properly and checking the items quantity and quality.
· Prepare the delivery plan for the gift by using third party service or D2D service.
Policy Processing:
· Assist in the processing and administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
· Maintain accurate records of policy transactions, updates, and communications.
· Assist with the preparation of policy documents, endorsements, and other related paperwork.
Compliance:
· Ensure all activities adhere to policy documents and company policies.
Job Requirements
.High School graduated (More preferrable degrees holder)
· Basic Microsoft Software (Excel, words….)
· Preferrable if 1 year experience in Customer Service field
