Process Manager
Job Description
• Map, analyze and redesign existing processes to improve performance and align with digital transformation goals.
• Collaborate with teams to create and maintain detailed process documentation, ensuring transparency and consistency
• Involve in the digitalization of end-to-end business processes across underwriting, claims, customer service, and other operational functions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss process improvements.
• Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations, data privacy laws, internal risk management policies, etc.
• Continuously monitor and assess process performance, using data analytics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align process changes with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and suggesting enhancements
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement initiatives to senior management
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree and certifications in Process Management/ Digital Transformation is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in process management, process improvement, or a related role.
• Experience in leading digital transformation projects, including implementing automation tools, software, and technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
SUCCESS FACTORS REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
• A minimum 5 years’ work experience in related filed.
• Ability to deal with senior management & managers with confidence and work around them comfortably.
• Ability to use MS office tools effectively (upper inter level)
• Ability to use process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
• Excellent planning skills and must be very organized.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and must be goal oriented.
• Creative thinking & ability to resolve problems using root cause analysis and taking into consideration of consequences.
• Ability to work with priorities and tight deadlines and ensure the execution of tasks on time.
• Highly adaptable and responds positively and with ease to change.
• Ability to see the potential in others and takes opportunities to apply and develop that potential and suggest ides to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of workforce
