Revenue Cashier
Job Purpose
Ensure accurate and efficient cash operations by supervising daily collections, issuing official receipts, reconciling transactions, and maintaining compliance with SOPs.
The role supports internal departments and sales channels while providing excellent customer service and resolving payment-related issues.
Job Description
• Oversee daily cash operations and ensure accurate financial recording.
• Update and verify BaNCS Daily Sales Reports in SharePoint.
• Prepare and issue Official Receipts for deposits and credit collections, providing supporting documents to relevant teams.
• Handle records for Referral Cases and Door-to-Door Cases and Cline Product and Travel process.
• Ensure accuracy between collections and bank-in amounts, following SOPs.
• Follow up on payments, including unknown bank-in transactions and discrepancies.
• Provide customer service, assist internal departments, and escalate complex issues to Senior/Team Lead.
• Provide required documents and support to External and Internal Auditors.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, customer service, or related roles.
– Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
