Talent Development Specialist (Soft Skill Trainer)

Job Purpose

The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for standardizing, designing, and driving the delivery of the soft skills training curriculum across the entire nationwide branch network and headquarters. This role centers on optimizing internal capabilities by launching a robust “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) framework, deploying regional training hubs, and ensuring the sustainable adoption of a 70-20-10 learning ecosystem company-wide.

Job Description

1. Soft Skills Curriculum Design & Blueprinting
• Design a standardized, plug-and-play Soft Skills Curriculum, creating high-impact modules addressing
communication, teamwork, and branch leadership.
• Partner with the Senior TM&D Manager to analyze skill gaps among Technical Leaders and Individual
Contributors to build the foundational top 3 soft skill blueprints.
• Support the setup of training-related KPI frameworks (such as “Soft Skills Training” or “Training
Completion”) to be integrated into Team Leads’ or Branch In-Charges’ (BICs) performance metrics.
2. “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) & Regional Hub Deployment
• Establish, lead, and facilitate the “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) Program to certify regional branch managers,
BICs, or regional representatives as qualified Branch Champions.
• Coordinate the launch of regional hubs by grouping nationwide branches into core territories (e.g., Upper,
Middle, and Lower Myanmar) to scale training efficiently.
• Continuously monitor and audit the quality of local training rollouts executed by certified Branch Champions
across all branch locations.
3. Training Delivery & Nationwide Execution
• Personally facilitate and deliver high-impact virtual training sessions and lead localized, physical training
roadshows for critical branches and regional hubs.
• Formulate and execute the Yearly Soft Skill Training Plan acting as the primary internal trainer,
systematically mapping delivery against company requirements, identified skill gaps, and career paths.
• Serve as the dedicated lead trainer for the corporate rollout of any HR New Policy implementations,
ensuring consistent transfer of knowledge across all nationwide office locations.
4. 70-20-10 Learning Framework Management
 Operationalize the 70-20-10 Soft Skills Learning Framework by managing the delivery channels:
 10% (Social Learning): Coordinate self-learning tracks from the Talent Development Library and
lead peer discussions with Branch Champions.
 20% (e-Learning): Partner on hosting short, bite-sized digital learning modules on the corporate Learning Management System (LMS).
 70% (On-Site Learning): Provide continuous virtual and physical workplace reinforcement and coaching through certified Branch Champions.

Job Requirements

Education Level:
• Any graduate from an accredited university.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or
a related field is highly preferred.
• Certified TOT or Trainer is highly preferred.
Preference & Experience:
• Proven background in Soft Skill Trainers in learning and development (L&D), instructional design, or training
facilitation with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong presentation and standalone platform skills, with a track record of running physical training
roadshows or large-scale virtual classrooms.
• Fluent communication skills, with absolute verbal and written bilingual proficiency in both English and
Burmese.
• High digital and data literacy; comfortable leveraging digital learning tools, presentation platforms, and
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
