Talent Management and Development Lead
Job Purpose
Talent Management & Development Lead to oversee talent management, talent development, learning & development (L&D), employee well-being, and training initiatives, while also managing and leading the Talent Factory Project. This role will be responsible for driving employee growth, engagement, and retention through structured development programs and well-being initiatives.
Job Description
1. Talent Management & Development
Design and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of a diverse workforce.
Develop succession planning and career pathing frameworks to nurture internal talent.
Identify high-potential employees and create development programs to accelerate their growth, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
Collaborate with leaders to build performance management systems that drive engagement and development across all levels.
2. Learning & Development (L&D) & Training Management
Develop and oversee learning & development programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusive leadership.
Organize and manage training arrangements, onboarding training, mandatory internal insurance training, ensuring logistical support and access to learning resources for a diverse employee base.
Implement leadership development initiatives that emphasize inclusive leadership and cross-cultural competencies.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and promote an inclusive culture.
3. Employee Well-being & Engagement
Design and implement employee well-being programs that promote mental, physical, and emotional wellness for a diverse workforce.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote work-life balance, mental health, and well-being, with a focus on inclusiveness.
Analyze well-being and engagement metrics to propose data-driven improvements and ensure inclusivity in all initiatives.
4. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
Lead and drive the company’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring that all programs and policies are inclusive and equitable.
Partner with senior leadership to set D&I goals, monitor progress, and report on key diversity metrics.
Foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
Provide training and awareness programs on unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership.
Promote diverse hiring practices and retention strategies to ensure a diverse pipeline for future talent.
5. Talent Factory Project Leadership
Lead and manage the Talent Factory Project, ensuring seamless execution and impact.
Create structured onboarding and training programs for emerging talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion from the start.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the project’s success.
Track and measure the effectiveness of the Talent Factory initiative and review with the Head of HR.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION LEVEL & PREFERENCE
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, L&D, or HR middle leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in training management, employee engagement, talent development and talent management.
• Experience in project management, especially related to HR and talent initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using HR technology and learning management systems (LMS).
