Area Business Manager

The Area Business Manager (ABM) is responsible for driving sales performance and market penetration within
designated segments. This role involves leading and developing the Sales Management Team and Business Insurance
Specialists (BIS) to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance. The ABM will collaborate with
managers and Heads of Departments (HODs) to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and long-term
business strategies. Additionally, the ABM will identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to
senior management. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
