Since May 2019, KBZMS has proudly held the EDGE Certificate, becoming the first insurance company in Myanmar to achieve this recognition among EDGE-certified businesses. KBZMS is also dedicated to women’s empowerment and fostering an inclusive, family-friendly environment. Notably, KBZMS won the Mothers’ Room Program Project among BCGE applicants, reflecting its commitment to workplace inclusivity and parenting support.

Every year, from November 25th to December 10th, the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign is observed worldwide to raise awareness and eliminate harassment and violence against women. This year, under the theme “No Room for Harassment, Bullying, and Discrimination. It Stops Here and Now,” KBZMS actively participated in the online campaign organized by the Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE). KBZMS employees engaged passionately to spread the message that differences and diversity are merely characteristics, and in reality, we are all equal.
