On June 13 and 14, 2026, the UMTA Travel Fair (UTF) 2026, organized by the Union of Myanmar Travel Association (UMTA), was successfully held at Sedona Hotel Yangon. The event was attended by U Nay Min Tun, Rakhine Ethnic Affairs Minister of the Yangon Region Government; U Aung Aye Han, Director General of the Ministry of Hotels, Tourism and Culture; representatives from ASEAN regional and international tourism organizations; local and international tourism industry stakeholders; and invited guests. UMTA Travel Fair (UTF) 2026 marked an important milestone in the collective efforts to revitalize Myanmar’s tourism industry. Guided by the theme, “Strengthening Connections, Building Partnerships,” the event focused on promoting Myanmar as a world-class tourism destination while fostering responsible tourism that benefits local communities, culture, and the environment. KBZMS General Insurance successfully hosted its 3rd All-Hands Meeting 2026 on 12 June 2026 at Wyndham Grand Hotel. The event began with an energizing Warm Up – One Team Activation, bringing together employees across teams to celebrate, connect, and share meaningful moments together. During the event, KBZMS CEO, U Sai Lu Mon Aung, recognized the achievements accomplished through challenges and shared a forward-looking message that we will continue moving ahead together with ONE Team, ONE Direction, ONE Bold Future. Leaders from Retail Partners Channel, Underwriting, Customer Experience & Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Direct Channel also shared their perspectives and commitment toward achieving KBZMS’s goals through stronger collaboration and unified direction. As part of the celebration, employees who reached 10 years and 5 years of service were honored with Long Standing Appreciation Awards in recognition of their dedication and contribution throughout the journey. The celebration continued with a dinner reception, anniversary cake-cutting ceremony for our 13th anniversary, and many joyful activities shared together as one team. On June 5, 2026, KBZMS successfully hosted its Annual Awards and Appreciation Dinner at Golden Duck Restaurant in Mandalay for Mandalay-based express highway transportation operators and tour operators.
