“KBZMS Metta Customer Appreciation Program” သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အလေးထားရပါသော Customerများအတွက် ပရီမီယံအဆင့်များအလိုက် မိတ်ဖက်ပါတနာများထံတွင် သီးသန့်ခံစားခွင့်များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သောအကျိုးကျေးဇူးများကို ရရှိနိုင်မည့် အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဤအစီအစဉ်သည် လူကြီးမင်းတို့အနေဖြင့် KBZMS အားယုံကြည်စွာလက်တွဲသည့်အပေါ်တွင် အပြန်အလှန်မေတ္တာတရားကိုအလေးထား၍ ကျေးဇူးတုံ့ပြန်သောအားဖြင့် အထူးသီးသန့်ခံစားခွင့်များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Customer နှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်
1. မိတ်ဖက်ပါတနာများထံသို့ သွားရောက်ဝယ်ယူခြင်း
ပါတနာဆိုင်သို့သွားရောက်ဝယ်ယူနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
2. Customer အတည်ပြုခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်
Customer အနေဖြင့် မိမိ၏ “Metta Program” ၏ Member Card တွင်ပါရှိသော QR Code ကို Scan ဖတ်ပြီး မိမိအသုံးပြုလိုသော မိတ်ဖက်ပါတနာ၏ ခံစားခွင့်ရာခိုင်နှုန်းများကိုရွေးချယ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
3. မိတ်ဖက်ပါတနာမှ Customer အားအတည်ပြုခြင်း
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏မိတ်ဖက်ပါတနာမှ Customer အား KBZMS မှပေးထားသော Member Card ဖြင့် အတည်ပြုမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
4. အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များအားအသုံးပြုခြင်း
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ မိတ်ဖက်ပါတနာမှ Customer အားအတည်ပြုပြီးပါက Member Card အလိုက် ရရှိနိုင်မည့် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များအား အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
စည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့် သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ
- Member card များသည် ထုတ်ပေးသည့်ရက်မှ တစ်နှစ်အတွက် အကျုံးဝင်ပြီး သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးပါက သက်တမ်းတိုးနိုင်ပါသည်။
- လူကြီးမင်းတို့၏ Member card များအား တစ်ခြားသူထံသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းခြင်း (သို့) ငွေသားဖြင့်လဲလှယ်ခြင်းကိုပြုလုပ်လို့မရပါ။Member ဝင်ခြင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် သိရှိလိုသည်များအား ဆက်သွယ်စုံစမ်းမေးမြန်းလိုပါက 09 95 007 7000 သို့ဆက်သွယ်စုံစမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
