Job Description
- Daily on-the-job training.
- Mentoring and operation support.
- Daily sales activity management and quality control.
- Ensure minimum numbers of policies and case sizes produced by in area of responsibility.
- Ensure to meet group production target.
- Ensure minimum policies renewal around responsibility.
- Ensure that policies are issued in the desired TAT.
- Sales and recruitment reporting.
- Campaign execution.
- Responsible for any support as may be necessary.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate and related 2 years’ experience.
- Good personality & attitude.
- Ability to mentor, prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, developing options and implementing solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
- Results driven and effective communication ability.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel), internet and email.
