On 6 December 2025, KBZMS organized the “Mandalay Phoenix Gathering Tea Talk” with leading business owners from Mandalay. The event served as a platform to share experiences from the recent severe earthquake and to discuss future preparedness and preventive measures to build stronger community resilience.

After the earthquake, KBZMS prioritized fast and effective support for insured customers, enabling them to rebuild promptly through timely claim settlements. To date, 85% of a total 829 claim cases have been successfully completed. KBZMS also collaborated closely with KBZ Center Mandalay in rescue and relief efforts during the aftermath.

Events like these reflect KBZMS’s commitment — “We stand together and support each other.” Our goal is not only to provide financial protection, but also to support emotional well-being, helping communities move forward with strength, confidence, and gratitude.
