Procurement Manager
Job Description
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, and reliability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best commercial and service outcomes
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues relating to delivery, quality, or pricing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with trends and emerging suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and any legal or regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary procurement documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP,) is a plus.
