Supervisor-Bacassurance Strategy and Support
Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals in BIS sales support, marketing campaign management, and administration.
- Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee the sales support process for business insurance services, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to provide necessary support, including preparing proposals, managing customer accounts, and resolving issues.
- Monitor sales support activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, create promotional materials, and track campaign performance.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Ensure efficient office operations by maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and administration, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within sales support, marketing, or administration, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point) Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
