Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Job Description
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Manage full-cycle hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding.
- Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high data integrity; support reporting and audits.
- Maintain the Recruitment Tracker and regularly analyze metrics and hiring patterns to identify bottlenecks, biases, or inefficiencies.
- Provide timely and accurate new joiner information (start dates, job titles, packages) to the HR Operations team for onboarding and payroll processing.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, advise on talent strategies, and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and business needs.
- Partner with the Talent Development and HRBP team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding, and support the new joiner transition.
Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and passive outreach.
- Actively identify future talent gaps and maintain bench-strength pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Recruitment Projects & Process Improvement
- Support in executing recruitment strategies, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in designing and rolling out improved recruitment frameworks, tools, and candidate evaluation processes.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Support employer branding initiatives such as content creation, job fair materials, internal success story curation, and outreach campaigns.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with recruitment data analytics: ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment metrics
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and assessment tools.
• Skilled in MS Office and experienced with ATS platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
