KBZMS Receives the “Employee Engagement Initiative of the Year Award” from Insurance Asia:

KBZMS, as the first private general insurance company in the insurance sector, is also a company that values and recognizes the qualifications and performance of employees based on a Performance-Based Culture, and provides fair benefits with equality.

Our belief that the improvement of employees’ qualifications and capabilities leads to the growth of the company is clearly evidenced by this internationally recognized “Employee Engagement Initiative of the Year” award.

In 2024, KBZMS also received the “Best Companies to Work in Myanmar” award presented by JobNet Myanmar.
