CEO – PMO (Project Management)
Job Description
- Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
- Monitor project performance and quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate and report project status, updates, and milestones to the project steering committee and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practice
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, testing applications, and analysis.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs through activities like scheduling meetings, planning agendas, and conferring with business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal presentations are required.
- Strong understanding of a variety of project management and testing methodologies/procedures.
- Experience developing test schedules, reviewing testing plans, tracking test issues, and reporting on test results is essential.
- You possess excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a project team is crucial.
- Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Myanmar is required.
