Job Description

  • Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
  • Monitor project performance and quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Communicate and report project status, updates, and milestones to the project steering committee and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practice

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, testing applications, and analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs through activities like scheduling meetings, planning agendas, and conferring with business leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal presentations are required.
  • Strong understanding of a variety of project management and testing methodologies/procedures.
  • Experience developing test schedules, reviewing testing plans, tracking test issues, and reporting on test results is essential.
  • You possess excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a project team is crucial.
  • Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar is required.
