Job Requirements
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and audience preferences.
- Own end-to-end implementation of successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Create digital marketing campaigns, including social media and internal communications calendars.
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Participate in international insurance rewards initiatives alongside department heads.
- Coordinate company events in collaboration with branch channel heads.
- Manage relationships with internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
