Job Purpose

The objective of a Content Marketing Specialist role is to strategically create, distribute, and manage compelling content that attracts and retains a targeted audience.

Job Description

Audience Engagement: Develop content that resonates with the target audience’s interests, challenges, and preferences, fostering engagement and interaction.
Brand Awareness: Increase visibility and recognition of the brand through consistent and valuable content distribution across various digital channels.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through content that educates, informs, and addresses the audience’s needs, guiding them through the buyer’s journey.
SEO Optimization: Create content optimized for search engines to improve organic visibility and attract relevant traffic to the website.
Thought Leadership: Establish the brand and key personnel as authorities in the industry by publishing insightful and thought-provoking content.
Customer Retention: Support customer retention efforts by providing ongoing value through relevant and informative content that keeps customers engaged.
Measurement and Optimization: Utilize analytics to measure content performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved effectiveness and ROI.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and audience preferences.
  • Own end-to-end implementation of successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns, including social media and internal communications calendars.
  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Participate in international insurance rewards initiatives alongside department heads.
  • Coordinate company events in collaboration with branch channel heads.
  • Manage relationships with internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Lead internal communications via email, Viber, and newsletters to engage employees and branch staff effectively.
  • Generate high-quality, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) -optimized content across digital platforms (website, blog, social media, email).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product teams) to maintain messaging consistency.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends to develop engaging content ideas.
  • Maintain and update content calendars to align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize for increased engagement and conversions.
