Executive Assistant
Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans. Responsibilities include arranging meetings and events, taking meeting notes, conducting research to support decision-making, and handling confidential information. The role requires flexibility for fieldwork, overtime, and travel (both local and international). Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Description
- Organize and manage CEO’s calendar and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and execute meeting minutes.
- Must be highly organized to manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange travel plans, and handle various tasks
- efficiently.
- Should be able to conduct research on various topics, potential business opportunities, and other
- relevant information to support the CEO’s decision-making process.
- Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
- Be prepared for fieldwork, overtime and flexible working hours may be required.
- Must be able to drive and travel (Local & Oversea) if required.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Age Between 28 to 35 years
- At least 2 years’ experience in Meeting Arrangement and Supporting to Management.
- Strong time-management and organization skills.
- Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
