Job Description
Strategic Planning
- Lead and develop strategic goals for the Strategic Partnerships channel.
- Lead the implementation of annual strategic business plans in alignment with broader company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, customer analytics, and competitor analysis to ensure strategies are effective and on track.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure the development of products that align with the strategic partnerships channel.
Develop a pipeline of new strategic partnerships.
- Analyze partner customers and provide recommendations on action plans and expected outcomes (sales opportunities).
- Prepare business cases for new partnership opportunities.
- Delivering the Right Products and Achieving Sales Targets
- Monitor and control the progress of sales, providing timely insights and adjustments required for optimal success.
- Drive product innovation and growth within the strategic partnerships channel to meet broader business objectives.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap in association with the Products department, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
Partnership Management

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in business development, preferably in insurance, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree-level education or higher in a related field.
- Preferably experienced in product & proposition design for strategic channels.
- Experience reviewing NDA and contractual agreements for onboarding new partners.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic planning.
- Strong business networking abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and strategic approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in developing business cases and demonstrating commercial outcomes.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions among multiple stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in multiple languages: especially, Myanmar and English.
- Strong leadership and negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft office skills, with particular strength in MS PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of project management software is a plus.
