Agency Relationship Executive
Job Purpose
- Support in making and maintaining long-term good relationship between KBZMS and agents/business partners, keep in touch with them, discuss and negotiate with them, solving complaints and providing supporting documentations and materials to enable boosting their sales.

- Support in making and maintaining long-term good relationship between KBZMS and agents/business partners, keep in touch with them, discuss and negotiate with them, solving complaints and providing supporting documentations and materials to enable boosting their sales.
- Main responsibility is to grow customer base (business partner/agency/agent recruitment) as internal and external relation purpose especially as One-Stop-Service to contribute boosting sales through the channel.
- Provide one-stop-service at partners’ location and/or run the process in coordination with back-end agency service team or vice versa as per business requirement.
- Record keeping of OOS partner/agents’ sales history by product as well as by type of cases.
- Help to ensure agent incentive plans and programs to be attained and sustained in the best way.
- Implement and assist in strategy implementation especially outstation event/trade show etc.
- Support resolving complaints from customers/Agents’ because of unsatisfactory service, help to handle these complaints timely and efficiently.
- Discuss any matters concerned with KBZMS products and practices with agents and agents’ customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as survey and engineering team, underwriting and claim etc. Follow up agents to get in touch with them.
- Involve and support the development and implementation of business plans and campaign strategies, project management activities.
- Support in any other supportive plan to develop agent categories.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance field
- Outgoing & pleasant personality (extrovert) and be approachable.
- Ability to deal with management.
- Ability to challenge and make things right.
- Ability to use MS office tools effectively (upper inter level)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Fluency in English both in speaking and writing (+ factor)
- Excellent analytical skills and must be goal oriented.
- Creative thinking & ability to resolve problems using root cause analysis and taking into consideration of consequences.
- Ability to work with priorities and tight deadlines and ensure the execution of tasks on time.
- Highly adaptable and responds positively and with ease to change.
