Analyst Programmer
Job Description
Software Development and Support:
- Assist in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of applications and databases using selected programming languages and technologies.
System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Help identify and resolve minor system issues in collaboration with senior team members.
- Support end users by troubleshooting and investigating help desk tickets.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance to ensure effective solutions.
Local Reporting & Data Extractions:
- Develop the reports for our end-user business community to support their business needs for regulatory & management reporting.
- Supports business users by extracting required data to be able to make business decisions and to meet business goals
Business As Usual Process: - Troubleshoot and investigate help desk tickets submitted by end users
Job Requirements
- A certificate or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in application development or programming.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, C#.Net, or PHP.
- Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript/JavaScript and their libraries for user interface design is an advantage.
- At least a basic knowledge of API integration is required.
- A willingness to learn version control systems like Git.
