Job Purpose
Revenue control activities for not only travel products but also other products such as motors, fire etc. To make daily cash reports, finance monthly sale report and yearly reports on time.
Job Description
- Revenue control activities for not only travel products but also other products such as motors, fire etc.
- To make daily cash reports, finance monthly sale report and yearly reports on time.
- Sale reporting process for all the travel sales, up sell and cross sell.
- Communicate with Aung Min Ga Lar travel sale teams, HO sale team and report to line Manager.
- Prepare the data for audit report (External/ internal).
- Prepare duty travel process and balance the costs.
- Prepare sale meeting presentation and QBR meeting also.
- More prefer for the use of finance accounting software (SAP Business One).
- Control the budget and communicate with the line Manager.
- Communicate with the branch manager and responsible people for the revenue.
- Prepare event costs report and financing data (Yearly event)
- Control petty cash and manage the expense.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree or more prefer finance bachelor’s degree.
- Other related Certificate/Diploma.
- A least 3 years’ experience in related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Especially PowerPoint skills and e-mail & internet using.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under circumstances.
- Willing to learn insurance knowledge.
- Efficient effort to carry out duties.
