Branch Sales Associate
Job Purpose
To involves assisting insurance sales agents in a branch office with tasks that support the sales process, such as lead generation, customer service and to drive for office’s vehicle.
Job Description
- Understand and learn about products or services.
- Maintain positive relationship with prospective customers.
- Provide solutions to align with internal relevant department.
- Cold call in order to reach out to customers.
- Contributing to overall branch productivity by meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sales teams.
- Keep vehicles clean and organized, both internally and externally.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain a good driving record and comply with all licensing requirements.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate or passed the entrance of university.
- Must have at least two year of experience sales. Must be able to drive any vehicle.
- Must have valid driving license B.
- Must use Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with insurance-related software.
