Call Center Senior Associate
Provide product and service information to customers.
Manage inbound/outbound calls and social media handling in a timely manner.
Mainly answer phone calls professionally.
Manage and solve customer complaints.
Coordinate with related department/division, handle and follow up customer complaint until resolved by respective department/division.
Follow up customer calls when necessary and keep records of customers’ feedback.
Keep records of all detailed information in the respective system.
Other duties as assigned.
Any graduate from universities
At least 1- 2 years related experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
English language and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Email)
Must be able to workday and night duty.
Ability to work under pressure.
