Cluster Manager
Job Description
- To perform customer service well and professionally for insurance purchase inquiries.
- To monitor and lead to improve sale team.
- To provide good and satisfactory warranty sales and service to bank customers for inquiries or after-sales services.
- To work closely with partner bank’s PICs and to try achieving set sales targets and business objectives.
- Insurance sales records: Sales reports referred to by the bank must be sent daily accurately and promptly.
- Other business duties as assigned; Must be able to actively collaborate on tasks done with teamwork promptly.
- Follow up with customers who are interested in purchasing an insurance policy; make an appointment.
- To explain the types of insurance that meet customer needs.
- To engage effectively with clients and have strong relationships with partner banks
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a related field.
- Ability to be self-motivated.
- Must have knowledge related to insurance.
- Ability to have good social relations.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally or in writing.
- Must be able to organize and work quickly on assigned tasks promptly.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and have strong relationships with partner banks and bank staff.
- Ability to challenge and make things right.
- Ability to use MS Office tools effectively.
