Deputy Head of Corporate Direct Sales
Job Description
- Assist the Head of Corporate Direct Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the corporate segment.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients to generate sales leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in sales processes and strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in corporate direct sales, with at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- A minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Ability to deal with senior management and managers with confidence and work comfortably around them.
- Ability to challenge and make things right.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to use MS Office tools effectively (upper-intermediate level).
- Excellent planning skills and highly organized.
- Maturity and the ability to listen to others, be tolerant, spend time understanding anxieties, build rapport, and gather informal and incomplete information in time to act on it.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing (mandatory).
- Excellent analytical skills and goal-oriented.

- Ability to influence, inspire, and persuade others to voluntarily follow directions, pursue, and achieve goals.
