Marketing Communications Specialist
Job Purpose
The Senior Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing communication activities across online and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. The role manages social media platforms, marketing campaigns, digital content, events, and roadshow activities while ensuring brand consistency and effective communication. This position also supports campaign reporting, competitor analysis and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall marketing performance.
Job Description
Marketing Communication & Digital Management
- Manage company social media pages and digital communication channels.
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing communication plans.
- Create and review marketing content for online and offline platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and monitor engagement performance.
- Coordinate English and Myanmar content translations when required.
- Monitor digital marketing budgets and campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
Event, Campaign & Roadshow Management
- Coordinate and supervise marketing events, campaigns, activations, and roadshows.
- Ensure smooth execution of all online and offline marketing activities.
- Review campaign activities and prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for marketing materials and event preparation.
Competitor Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing communication effectiveness and customer engagement.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, media partners, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of marketing deliverables.
- Support management presentations, campaign documentation, and communication activities.
Creative & Video Content Support
- Support video and photo content production, including script coordination and shoot preparation.
- Review creative materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Professional certifications are more preferrable such as Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing, Meta / Google Digital Marketing Certifications, SEO/Content Writing Certificates (Udemy, Coursera)
- 2–4+ years of experience in: Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing & Social Media Management, Content Planning, Writing & storytelling. Campaign & Event Management, Competitor Analysis & Market Reporting, Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting.
