Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

Job Description

  • Assisting respective line manager not only in identifying potential new partnerships but also hands on preparation of business plans, commercial terms, and performance improvement plan (PIP).
  • Preparing relevant product presentations and sales pitches to potential partnerships.
  • Tracking & Monitoring on partnership’s performance in timely manner.
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management and building rapport.
  • Communicating with key clients to ensure client expectations and satisfactions are met.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Tailoring sales pitches based on customer needs and highlighting unique features and benefits of products.
  • Take initiation and actively participation in smooth execution of sales campaigns.
  • Continuously refine and update knowledge and skills related to sales techniques, market trends and industry best practices.
  • Follow up with customers after sales service and maintain long-term business relationship.
  • Provide support on key priorities and major projects including stakeholder engagement, campaigns, media, events and corporate partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or strategic management.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience at any related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales in any related industry.
  • Sales Expertise in knowing customer’s needs and behaviors.
  • Excellent communication & initiation skill.
  • Forward Planning & Good Strategic Thinking skill.
  • Professional Negotiation and Analytical skill.
  • Must have knowledge related to local insurance market.
  • Ability to self-motivated and details-oriented on process wise.
  • Ability to use MS Office tools effectively.
  • Intermediate level in English as professional working standard.
  • Flexibility to change and accountability on decision-making.
  • Very good time management.
