On June 10, 2025, the KBZ Rescue and Relief Support Center (Mandalay) was officially opened to assist those affected by the earthquake. The opening ceremony was attended by U Sai Lu Mon Aung, CEO of KBZMS General Insurance.

In response to the devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck on March 28, 2025, the KBZ Foundation swiftly launched emergency relief operations to support severely affected communities. Under the leadership of Chairman Emeritus U Aung Ko Win, the KBZ Foundation team immediately mobilized and delivered critical assistance to disaster-stricken areas.

To our customers in areas affected by the earthquake, please rest assured that your coverage will continue even if your policy has been expired. KBZMS will automatically extend the policy terms for customers in these areas, and we will ensure that you continue to receive full benefits for one month following the expiration date.
