“Elite Circle 2025: Where Inspiration Meets Achievement”

A Ceremony Honoring Top Representatives from Myanmar KBZMS successfully held the “KBZMS Elite Circle” awards ceremony on October 24th at the Eravati Sule Grand Yangon Hotel. The event honored esteemed Elite Partner representatives who exceeded performance standards over the one-year period from October 2024 to September 2025. The program began with an opening speech by KBZMS Chief Executive Officer, U Sai Lu Mon Aung, who expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the high-performing representatives and reaffirmed his commitment to working with all agents with relentless effort in the years ahead. Following this, a distinguished group of leaders, including CEO U Sai Lu Mon Aung, CFO Daw May Su Hlaing, CMO Daw Yu Wai Maung, DYCDO Daw Phyo May Win, Head of Retail Partners U Myo Min Thant, Head of Independent Agency Daw Yin Thu Lwin presented awards to the top-performing Elite Partner agents in recognition of their exceptional achievements during the performance period October 2024 – September 2025. In addition, special awards were also presented The Ultimate Defender Award was given to agents who demonstrated the best renewal retention rates for July, August, and September. The Golden Retention Award was presented to branch offices that achieved outstanding renewal retention performance. The event also marked the launch of the “Agent Health and Wellness Program” an initiative introduced by KBZMS to support the well-being of its agents. As part of this program, top representatives were honored with comprehensive “ARRAWJAN” health insurance protection. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks from U Myo Min Thant, Head of Retail Partners, who also shared the future operational plans. The “Elite Circle” event was a remarkable success, culminating in vibrant and joyful dance performances by the agents.

KBZMS All Hands Meeting was held on 2024

On 2024, Monday, July 8th at Zealax Hotel (GAIA Ballroom). All Hands Meeting of KBZMS was gracefully opened by Executive Vice Chairman: U Nyo Myint. Then, U Sai Lu Mon Aung presented the business strategies to be implemented throughout the upcoming years. Then, All Hands Meeting was successfully ended by answering questions related to the company asked by the employees attending the event and encouraging them to walk together towards the goal of success.

The event was attended by U Sai Lu Mon Aung, CEO of KBZMS, Daw Thida Aye Mon, Deputy CEO of KBZ Bank, senior bankers from the Corporate Banking Division, regional in-charges, branch managers, and key personnel from the Bancassurance Channel.
