Branch Operations Associate
Job Purpose
The role responsible for supporting branch operations, focusing on customer service, resolving complaints, and to drive for office’s vehicle.
Job Description
- Resolving customer complaints and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing support to branch staff in serving customers Maintaining accurate records and managing data related to insurance policies.
- Assisting with claims management and processing.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, reports, and other relevant document.
- Keep vehicles clean and organized, both internally and externally.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a good driving record and comply with all licensing requirements
Job Requirements
- Any graduate or passed the entrance of university.
- Must have at least two year of experience sales.
- Must be able to drive any vehicle and driving license B.
- Must use Microsoft Office. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, as well as relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Have good communication skills.
- A little in English both in speaking and listing.
- Familiarity with claims procedures and customer service in an insurance context.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
