Business Operation Specialist
Job Purpose
To ensure efficient operational support and service coordination for the tied agency channel by managing operations, documentation processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve channel performance and service quality.
Job Description
- Coordinate operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims to ensure timely policy issuance and service fulfillment.
- Support or coordinate sales servicing activities for high-net-worth and corporate clients, including presentations, quotations, and service coordination.
- Supervise and coordinate with liaison officers and branch-in-charges to strengthen partner servicing and operational efficiency.
- Monitor channel performance and prepare sales, operational, and productivity reports for management review.
- Analyze operational trends and provide recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure proper follow-up on partner requests, endorsements, renewals, and documentation processes.
- Support implementation and compliance of operational SOPs, policies, and service standards.
- Coordinate internal communication between branches, partners, and head office departments for effective business operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economic, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, insurance operations, or business support functions.
- Good understanding of insurance operational processes and service coordination.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and branches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
