Claims Handler
Job Purpose
To facilitate a faster claims processing procedure.
Job Description
- After receiving the registration claims cases from Manager or receiving email from branches, start processing the case
- Request the necessary documents such as police recommendation, estimates and invoices from customers and concerned branches.
- Check details claims processes and after completing the required documents, approve up to MMK 100,000 claims amount and submit to Manager above MMK100,000 and respectively.
- Put the required information and documents in TCS system.
- Scan the documents and submit to finance by the approval of Manager, Expert Advisor of Motor Claims and HOD.
- Check bank draft and money transaction.
- Communicate with Underwriting department, all branches, and customers to perform claims processes efficiently.
- Provide weekly work accomplishment reports to the Manager.
- Prepare monthly and annual report and work on the reports which are requested periodically by internal audit, external audit and etc
Job Requirements
EDUCATION LEVEL & PREFERENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.

- A minimum one year work experience in related filed.
- Outgoing & pleasant personality (extrovert) and be approachable.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
