Corporate Direct Sales Supervisor
Job Purpose
To support the Direct Sales team by supervising day-to-day sales activities, generating new business, guiding sales representatives, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. They play an active role in prospecting, client follow-up, and strengthening customer relationships to drive overall sales performance.
Job Description
Going outside for marketing.
Dealing with clients and insurance brokers.
- Introduce our plan, businessmodeland all products to client.
- Collecting, underwriting information.
- Designing terms and conditions
- To prepare insurance documents such as quotation, debit notes, cover notes, policies schedule and so on.
- Input the policy data into insurance management systems.
- Policies data maintenance and analyze.
- Need to build andmaintainCommercial Lines process and policies timely.
- Toestablishinsurance business and to discuss with Head of commercial lines.
- Need to handle secretary job for Head of Commercial Line.
- Implementing insurance administration systems.
- Communication with reinsurance department.
- Communicating with claims department when the claims happen.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English is essential.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiencyin Microsoft 365
