Deputy Branch In Charge (Meiktila)
Job Purpose
To support branch leadership in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with corporate standards while fostering team development and exceptional customer service.
Job Description
- Expand and strengthen the branch’s local business network to enhance market presence and sales performance.
- Implement corporate strategies to ensure branch sales targets are met.
- Actively participate in Branch Transformation Initiatives to align branch operations with organizational goals.
- Regularly communicate company strategies, performance expectations, and implementation requirements to branch staff.
- Coordinate with the Survey, Underwriting, and Claims Departments to support smooth operations across distribution channels.
- Ensure smooth branch operations by conducting regular inspections and coordinating with the Facility Management Department for maintenance and office upkeep.
- Prepare and review financial reports in collaboration with the Branch Finance Team.
- Ensure full compliance with all corporate policies and procedures set by Head Office.
- Work closely with the HR Department on recruitment, succession planning, career development, and other HR-related matters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assign tasks to branch staff.
- Provide strong leadership to promote effective time management, administrative discipline, and team cohesion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
- Manage branch expenses in alignment with the approved budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in branch operations, banking, or insurance management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, data analyst and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial or operational reporting tools.
