HR Operations Associate 

Job Purpose

To support all HR functions by maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and payroll processes, ensuring policy compliance, and providing accurate HR data to facilitate effective people management.

Job Description

 

  1. HR Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other official correspondences.
  • Ensure employee data is properly maintained in the HRIS system and aligned with payroll and organizational databases.
  • Manage and track all employees’ contract renewals in accordance with EC process.

 

  1. Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees (pre-employment documentation, induction, and orientation).
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding checklists and probation evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records for employee movements and separations.

 

  1. Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Ensure correctness of attendance, overtime, leave records, and other pay elements.
  • Support statutory compliance (SSB, PIT, and other government contributions).
  • Administer employee benefits such as internal insurance process, allowances, and reimbursements.

 

  1. Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company regulations.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect employee data in all HR processes.

 

  1. HR Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, new hires, etc.).
  • Track HR metrics and provide data support for management decision-making.
  • Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR administrative processes.
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management systems preferred
  •  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
