Liaision Officer
Job Purpose
To drive sales productivity, strengthen partner engagement, and ensure operational excellence across the assigned area. This position provides day-to-day support, training, coaching, and performance management for KBZMS Partners to achieve both new business and renewal targets. The role also contributes to recruitment, development, and continuous improvement of partners while supporting campaign execution and reporting to help meet overall company production goals.
Job Description
- Ensure the recruitment of high-quality, targeted KBZMS Partners to drive business growth and channel excellence.
- Conduct daily on-the-job training, mentoring, and operational support for KBZMS Partners.
- Oversee and manage daily sales activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to targets.
- Ensure minimum policy numbers, case sizes, and renewals are achieved in assigned areas.
- Monitor policy issuance to meet the desired turnaround time (TAT).
- Support sales campaign, training, and coaching of new and existing Partners.
- Observe, guide, and improve overall performance and behavior of Partners.
- Prepare and submit sales and recruitment reports regularly.
- Provide any additional support necessary to ensure smooth operations and business growth, including engaging in self-production.
- Join survey and claim process for smooth operations and channel growth.
- Assist team lead with assigned tasks for recruitment, partner engagement and sales activity.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduates
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Email, Excel)
