Marketing and Communication Strategy Manager

Job Purpose

The Marketing and Communication Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s marketing and communication strategies. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing strategic partnerships, driving digital marketing efforts, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional eager to contribute to the success of the organization and grow into a leadership position.

Job Description

1. Partnership Development & Sponsorship Acquisition

Partnership Development:

· Build new strategic partnerships with organizations, brands, and stakeholders that align with the company’s business objectives and long-term vision.

· Develop and maintain meaningful, long-lasting relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility, drive mutual growth, and identify co-branded opportunities.

· Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into broader company initiatives, customer engagement, and strategic goals.

Sponsorship Acquisition:

· Secure sponsorship agreements to support marketing initiatives, corporate events, and brand campaigns.

· Oversee sponsor relationships to ensure all expectations and deliverables are met, ensuring sponsors receive measurable ROI through integrated campaigns and events.

Marketing Campaigns:

· Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships and sponsorships across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.

· Work with broader marketing teams to design and execute cross-channel strategies to amplify partnerships and boost brand awareness.

· Regularly assess the performance of partnership-driven campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

2. Digital Marketing

Digital Strategy:

· Design and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s communication and brand goals, driving lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

· Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with digital marketing objectives across all platforms, including social media, website, and blogs.

Content Marketing:

· Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

· Develop effective strategies for content distribution to maximize reach and engagement across digital channels (social media, email marketing, blogs, etc.).

Online Reputation Management:

· Regularly track online feedback, addressing customer inquiries, resolving potential issues, and maintaining a positive online reputation.

· Implement crisis communication strategies to respond quickly and transparently to any online reputation challenges.

Analytics & Reporting:

· Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to evaluate campaign success and optimize future marketing strategies.

· Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to enhance digital marketing outcomes, focusing on engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Viber Business Account Management:

· Create and manage the Viber Business account for customer communication and marketing efforts.

· Build and grow a loyal subscriber base through engaging content, promotions, and timely updates.

· Develop targeted campaigns on Viber and track performance metrics to continually optimize content and strategy for higher engagement.

3. Internal Communication :

· Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the re-launch of Viva Engage to ensure maximum employee engagement and usage.

· Create and manage engaging content for Viva Engage, ensuring it aligns with internal communication goals and company culture.

· Employee Engagement: Foster employee participation by promoting discussions, encouraging collaboration, and facilitating knowledge sharing across departments.

· Training & Support: Provide training and resources to employees on how to use Viva Engage effectively for communication, collaboration, and team-building.

· Oversee the creation and management of the company’s Viber Business account to facilitate real-time, seamless communication with employees.

· Share important updates, announcements, and relevant content through Viber, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and timely.

· Develop internal campaigns on Viber and Viva Engage, such as event promotions, surveys, or feedback initiatives, to boost interaction and employee involvement.

· Track engagement, response rates, and overall effectiveness of Viber communication campaigns. Report insights and suggest improvements based on data.

· Use Viber and Viva Engage to communicate urgent updates or announcements quickly, ensuring that employees are informed of critical matters in real time.

· Develop and implement communication plans for handling internal crises, ensuring clear, transparent, and empathetic messaging through both platforms.

4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

· In collaboration with Operation and Customer Experience Senior Manager, create and manage the marketing and communications budget for campaigns, sponsorship and any other marketing initiatives to effectively allocate resources for key initiatives.

· Track expenditures related to partnerships, sponsorships, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns remain within budget and financial reports are provided regularly.

5. Professional Growth & Leadership Development

This role offers significant potential for growth within the company. As the Marketing and Communication Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of marketing efforts. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop the content marketing, design marketing, and digital marketing teams consisted of 6 members helping them become more professional and effective in their respective areas. The role requires leadership, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement within the department.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in digital marketing, partnership management, or marketing strategy, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects. Previous experience in corporate or agency settings is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are highly desirable.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and data analysis skills. Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, Viber Business, and content marketing tools is a plus.
