Sales Support

Job Purpose

Manage and support Sales team operations by coordinating transport usage, maintaining sales and incentive data, and ensuring access to necessary tools. Serve as a liaison between sales and internal departments, distribute updated product materials, assist in proposals and client meetings, and track policy deliveries. Monitor renewals, follow up on pending cases, and maintain staff records and company assets.

Job Description

  • Act as the communication bridge between sales teams and internal departments (cashier, underwriting, ops).
  • Distribute updated product specs, brochures, and price lists to BIS in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing proposal and branded materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with operations to collect approved policies and ensure timely delivery to BISs or customers.
  • Track status and report delays if any. Send timely renewal reminders and updated documents to BISs ahead of due dates.
  • Monitor renewal responses, update renewal status in tracker, and follow up on pending cases. Collect and input sales data into the incentive tracking system.
  • Coordinate with ABMs (Area Business Managers) to verify accuracy before submitting to the Incentive team.
  • Work with sales and operations to follow up on pending applications, documents, or receipt.
  • Monitor and manage office supply stock, placing orders as needed.
  • Manage storage and distribution of brochures, banners, gifts, and other materials.
  • Coordinate minor repairs, cleaning, and overall office maintenance.
  • Oversee shared spaces, including meeting room schedules and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate staff access to systems or the building (ID cards, system logins).
  • Arrange courier pickups and drop-offs, maintaining logs for important document transfers.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of sales support, customer service, or administrative tasks is an advantage.
  • Good communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
