Senior Compliance Associate
Job Purpose
As per Regulators and Competent Authorities’ Instructions, perform and control to Compliance Customer Due Diligence – CDD. To prevent reinsurance sanction red flag for reinsurance treaty and to get fully claim recovery
Job Description
– Conduct CDD screening for customers requested by channels.
– Conduct sanction screening for Reinsurance Treaty and recheck sanction for rejected insured customers by Broker.
– Conduct sanction screening for claim payment customers.
– Conduct CDD screening for Inland Marine Cargo quarterly.
– Conduct CDD screening to new agent onboarding.
– Conduct CDD and sanction screening using software system and sanction own database.
– Update downloading own sanction database from respected websites (EU, UK, Swiss, OFAC, UN).
– Support to seniors preparation for monthly AML/CFT reports, TTR/STR, Regulator Letter, directives, instructions, laws and regulations, policies.
– Record and maintain PEP and High Risk Customers in database.
– Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
– Maintain and keep updating AML/CFT update information, rules, regulation, notification, directive.
Job Requirements
– Any graduated / prefer LL.B
– Well experience to practices, procedures and update directives relating with AML/CFT and International Sanctions Status.
– A minimum of 2 years working experience in a compliance department.
– Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
– Can CDD conducting within TAT using system and database.
– Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.
– Good knowledge and understanding of management tools.
– Able to Travel require by work.
– Excellent communication & presentation skills.
– Ability to work with priorities and tight deadlines and ensure the execution of tasks on time.
– Excellent collaboration with Team and good participation in Team works with ethically.
