Talent and Business Operation Team Lead
Job Purpose
To drive the growth and effectiveness of the tied agency channel by leading partner acquisition, strengthening partner capability, and ensuring smooth operational support across all branches. This role ensures that partners are well-trained, highly engaged, and fully supported through efficient processes, enabling the company to achieve sustainable sales performance and deliver an excellent client experience.
Job Description
- Lead partner recruitment by planning and executing campaigns, events, and regional initiatives to attract high-quality tied agency partners.
- Oversee the full onboarding cycle and coordinate with the training team to deliver product, sales, and compliance training.
- Drive partner performance through continuous monitoring, coaching, motivation programs, and engagement activities.
- Support or lead the sales cycle for high-net-worth and corporate clients, including presentations, negotiations, and service coordination.
- Design and manage partner certification programs, upskilling pathways, and competency development initiatives.
- Organize recruitment fairs, workshops, recognition events, and product knowledge sessions to strengthen partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline policy issuance, claims handling, documentation flow, and overall service fulfillment.
- Manage the full partner contracting process with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise liaison officers and work closely with branch-in-charges to improve channel performance and partner support quality.
- Prepare sales and performance reports, analyze trends, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economic, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, partner management, or distribution development—preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Mastery in power point and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in organizing events, recruitment activities, or partner engagement programs.
- Knowledge of insurance operations, policy issuance, and claims processes is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional coordination.
