The HR Business Partner (Supervisor) position is responsible for assisting HRBPs (Managers) in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP (Supervisor) assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively with the HR department and business management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP (Supervisor) maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition.
Head Of Strategic Partnerships

Lead and develop strategic goals for the Strategic Partnerships channel., Lead the implementation of annual strategic business plans in alignment with broader company goals and objectives., Conduct market analysis, customer analytics, and competitor analysis to ensure strategies are effective and on track.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure the development of products that align with the strategic partnerships channel.
Develop a pipeline of new strategic partnerships.

Partnership Management
