The role responsible for supporting branch operations, focusing on customer service, resolving complaints, and to drive for office’s vehicle.

Deputy Head of Corporate Direct

Assist the Head of Corporate Direct Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the corporate segment.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients to generate sales leads and drive revenue growth.

Agency Relation Manager

Recruit agency business partners and ensure making and maintaining long-term good relationship, keep in touch with them, discuss and negotiate with them, solving complaints and providing supporting documentation and materials to enable boosting their sales. Recruit agents and reactivate non-active agents as well as potential OSS partner in the business fields of respective regional areas based on partner located regions.

Branch In-Charge (ရုံးခွဲတာ၀န်ခံ – ဟင်္သာတ)

မိတ်ဖက်ဘဏ်၊ ဘဏ်ခွဲများ၏ မန်နေဂျာများနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေးကို တည်ဆောက်ရန်၊ ဒေသတွင်း စီးပွားရေး ကွန်ရက်များကို တိုးချဲ့ရန်။ ရုံးချုပ်မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော Strategy များကို လိုက်နာပြီး ရုံးခွဲအတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များကို ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

မိမိ တာဝန်ယူရမည့် Branch ၏ Sales & Operation Management များ လုပ်ဆောင်ရာတွင် ရုံးချုပ်မှ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနများဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း နှင့် တိုးတက်အောင်မြင်မှု ရရှိစေရန် လုပ်ငန်းကိစ္စရပ်များကို ဦးစီး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

Bancassurance Strategy and Support

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals in BIS sales support, marketing campaign management, and administration.
Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Cluster Manager

To perform customer service well and professionally for insurance purchase inquiries.
To monitor and lead to improve sale team.
To provide good and satisfactory warranty sales and service to bank customers for inquiries or after-sales services.

Head of Bancassurance

The Head of Bancassurance will oversee and manage the strategic and operational aspects of KBZMS General Insurance’s bancassurance channel. This leadership role involves building strong relationships with bank partners, addressing operational challenges, driving sales performance, and exploring new sales channels to maximize growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and a passion for leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Business Insurance Specialist (BIS)

To perform customer service well and professionally for insurance purchase inquiries.

Regional Agency Manager

Ensure making and maintaining long-term good relationship between KBZMS and agents/business partners, keep in touch with them, discuss and negotiate with them, solving complaints and providing supporting documentations and materials to enable boosting their sales.
Collaborate with respective BICs and branch staffs to provide agency service and ensure sales growth and customer base growth.
